Very impressed and pleased with the service provided. They were prompt, courteous and didn't do more than they needed. Definitely will recommend and have them back.
He was actually early, worked quickly yet thoroughly. He was very professional with his explanations and work description. He called to make sure we were ok with him arriving early. We will use him again. I appreciate the fact that he didnt fatten his price because of my wood stove insert. He was, in my opinion, more honest than previous chimney sweeps we have used. We were told additional fees for the insert due to the fact that it requires 2 people to remove and put back into place yet ACE managed to do it with ease by onl... read more
