just wanted to recognize Ladonn for always providing excellent customer service. I remembered her from another Branch and I was so happy to see her here today. Shes always friendly, professional, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. Today she took pleasure in helping me understand my direct deposit features that no other teller explained to me out of my years of banking with Ace. I appreciate her time and patience and I will be visiting this location again just to be graced by her excellent customer service.
