I walked in today and wanted to take out a loan. The girl with the red hair, (I think her name was Diana) was not helpful at all. When o walked in her and her coworker, Jessie was not helpful and had the audacity make me wait when Jessie was just sitting on his phone doing absolutely nothing. Diana didn’t seem to want to help me after I wanted to restart the application due to my name, change.
