I lost my job and ask for arrangements, the lady interigated me on the phone she refused to let me make payments. I had taken a letter into the office explaining my job situation and ask for arrangements. This phone conversation the next week was rude unconcerned and refusal to work with me all or nothing. I advise anyone that might lose there job think twice before ever getting a loan,I didnt know it was going to happen and they dont care.
