I sent my husband money via money gram, his phone was dead so I couldn’t give him the reference # I called ace cash to see if the teller could assist me but she was very rude and had no interest in talking to me. Her name is Debbie. I asked to speak to a manager but she said she was the only one working. I understand the pay to work there must be low but they should offer training to have better customer service skills. Very disappointed
