I am pursuing legal action against Ace Check Into Cash for racial discrimination and denial of service. Although my check was verified as valid, the business refused to cash it without a lawful or legitimate explanation. The staff was dismissive and repeatedly implied that I was being untruthful, despite verification. This conduct was discriminatory, improper, and unacceptable. I caution others to be aware of this location’s practices before conducting business.
