The wait time(an hour with only 3 ppl in front of me) to cash is ridiculous and the customer service from Mare was also ridiculous.
Janneth helped me cash a check I was having issues cashing. She did it quickly and even helped me setup a bank account with SIX PERCENT APY. She was friendly, helpful and informational. I’ve banked at some credit unions before and they tend to feel mechanical, robotic and not personable and this was the opposite of that. Would recommend!
Tasha helped me today and was sweet came in to cash my check she got me in and out!
