Maria was great. She has excellent customer service. She explained why it was taking so long to cash my husband's check. She explained that because of the amount, she had to get the authorization to cash it. She kept us informed of every step she had to take. She apologized for it taking the amount of time it did, but I completely understand. I was very satisfied with her.
Erica is always a friendly face to see. She really does a great job and has great customer service.
