Got home safe last night from the Disco Trudge thanks to Ace Cab! Really appreciated how fast and kind our driver was. I'd definitely use your service again! ♡
Terrible service! The cab driver and dispatcher (who were mother and daughter apparently, so completely one sided) were unbelievably rude & impatient with my mother. The fact that the cab driver: 1. Made my mother late to work 2. Ditched her when she went inside to get change for the cab driver because apparently they didn't have change 3. Claimed she had to kick my mother out of the cab (completely untrue) is beyond me! Worst cab service I've ever dealt with. Very poor communication. The cab never showed up and claimed they couldn't find the address but we were informed that a driver was "on the way". After the cab was already an hour late we expressed some frustration and we were told the service was cancelled. We will never do service with this business, very poor management.
