I couldn't have been happier to have hired Ace to provide alcohol for my wedding! They were prompt in communication, organized, and thoughtful. Their prices are also reasonable and they are willing to work within a budget and we wound up paying way less than we would have if we ordered through our caterer. Plus, since they took back unopened bottles that were not consumed, we didn't wind up with a surplus of alcohol at the end of the night. Someone described this wine merchant as a ‘plain establishment’, the location might be just that but their content speaks volumes! They have an extensive and excellent range of wines by country and region to fit every palette and/or price range plus a very knowledgeable staff who know their product.
I had a very rude rep. As a customer & business partner you would think speaking with them will make things easy in this situation was horrible. Charley garseo was my rep. I hope the lines are recorded when customers call so his boss can see how he talks to guest which is unacceptable.
