I called them at 4:30 on Thursday afternoon, and inquired about memorial decals for my 15 year old Son who had passed away recently. They took my order over the phone, (with no pre-payment deposit) and told me they would be ready the next afternoon. I have purchased a couple of signs from Ace Banners in the past; great value and great quality. I am looking to have another sign made. I walked in today as the employee was leaving. Discovered that they "Maybe" open on Saturday's. The employee didn't want to talk business as he was leaving, so I asked for an email address, He didn't know, so I looked at the website and found that they rely on more old school methods of communication.
