I have been buying parts for over 25 years, and have never had such a bad experience. I bought a sunroof that was damage not working. I called them to tell them that the sunroof they sent was damaged, and it took them one month to pick up the part. Two months later, they tried to send me a check with restocking fee of 25% on a damaged part. Still waiting for the check
Very quick to hang up or put you on hold before you can even ask a question. If you have 3 questions you basically have to call 3 times
Excellent parts, amazing service, and they go above and beyond! The parts were in excellent shape. They even helped me carry the parts into my car. Highly recommend!
