The only place to get your auto parts; fair honest; old austin family run business, will not go anywhere else, heck these boys, even do glass replacement, home or commercial.

They have been super helpful to me and courteous on the phone. They even installed the part for a small fee. I would definately recommend them to any friends. Plus they are located much closer than all those places way south of town. Glad I found them!

This is addressed to the guy that stated he is a small business owner and an employee at Ace. He responded to the poor guy that waited 2 days for a respond from Ace, about selling his car.If you were attended by a courteous Ace employee, and unfortunately he wasn't..well you still have to weed out the rude ones.Customers don't want to go not knowing who will wait on them.

I called to sell them a car. I was asked my name phone number and the address where the car was located so they could look at it. I waited 3 days for someone to look at the car before I called back. I was told if he doesn't come look at the car there not intrested.

called to ask for a part for my truck and the guy on the phone just said "no" and hung up. you don't really expect much when you call a salvage yard but positively no courtesy OR customer service? unacceptable. no part either? okay, but be polite.
