I had a frustrating experience at the San Ramon dealership today. After getting a nail in my back left tire, I took my car in for inspection. The receptionist verified the issue but then claimed I needed to replace all four tires immediately. This seemed absurd, especially since the other tires were in great condition and had been replaced just six months ago. I had an urgent situation when I discovered my tire was punctured by a nail on the I-680. The only place I could reach was this shop, and although they didn’t have the exact size wheel in stock, they were incredibly helpful. They offered to order the correct wheel and, in the meantime, did a patch on the tire so I could drive safely home.
