RecommendedHave gotten a few things from them. One transmission went bad and they fully upheld the warranty. These guys are great and personable from the owners down.
Apparently, if a dealership buys a motor for YOUR car. You are not their customer. I was told that they didnt have time to talk to me because they were too busy and I wasn't the customer. i was in tears and all I received was rudeness. Very disappointed with the attitude I was given and will NEVER deal with them again!! Nor would I EVER recommend them to any family or friend. They do not honor their warranty either nor help you get it figured out. I felt like I pretty much was given a middle finger.

While you experienced an unfortunate set of circumstances, had you purchased the engine from us directly, it's very likely the warranty policy would have been communicated clearly.
