Quick turnaround, friendly staff!!
Chronic smashed out back window of my Tacoma Saturday early morning. FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING, GO SEE AUNTY KAREN AND THE BOYZ AT ACE AUTO MCCULLY. She took my truck at 11 am and was pau by 2;30 pm. Service is great and Aunty Karen handled everything with .my insurance. So happy and so grateful for taking me in as a walk in. Mahalo ...you da best!
Ace Glass handled my windshield replacement. Within an hour, I was referred from their Kaneohe branch to their McCully branch (due to recalibration). I was able to book a repair and drop off my car within 2 days. They explained exactly what they would do and answered any questions I had. Karen. (Office) kept me abreast of progress made repairing car and handled all the paperwork. The team was very professional. Needless to say I’m very happy with the repair and services Ace provided.
They installed my replacement window for my 2019 mazda miata. Whistling noise from improper seal after installation occurred so i brought it back to them and they resealed it free of charge.
Highly recommend Ace Auto Glass on S. Beretania St. Karen and her crew are excellent workers. Very professional, knowledgeable and fast workers. We had our back windshield replaced in less than 24 hours. Mahalo Ace Auto Glass. Definitely 5 stars ‼️
