Kinda half assed. early 2000's civic in for driver side window replace after we got broke into. The replaced window was barely catching onto the tracks after repair and still has problems fully operating to this day. The rubber seal/trim was cut and doesnt cover what it should now. There was leftover glass from the old window inside the panel they didnt bother to remove. The overall price wasnt expensive but around 2.5x what the window cost itself.
Had an issue with my driver's side window suddenly not working while taking care of some morning items. The nice lady on the phone scheduled me the same day, was very polite and very clear about the process if parts had to be ordered. The technician went right to work when I arrived at their shop and was able to fix the issue within 2 hours. The level of professionalism and efficiency was very much appreciated!! Would recommend this business to anyone that needs their window or glass issue resolved correctly.
Great experience having my Santa Fe's windshield replaced here. They had to order the glass but it came quickly, and they performed the work extremely quickly and left my car clean and in order. The lovely lady I dealt with on the phone and at the desk in the office was so kind and helpful -- she took the time to keep me updated and kept everything running smoothly.
I had a great experience with Ace Auto Glass, Aiea. A thief smashed a window on my truck, and I would have done the window replacement myself if I could have found the glass at a reasonable price. They were one of only 2 businesses I contacted who came back within a few hours with a quote for parts and labor.
