Joined In June of 2023, I like the gym, the equipment and availability near my house. Despite paying double what other gyms that offer same service I went almost everyday. In April 2024, 2 months left on 1 year contract I moved to Duluth mn. I got in contact with John the manager/owner, who sent me a cancelation request form. I filled it out and sent back a copy and in May when I came back to Rochester to visit family dropped of the copy under the manager door as no staff was around. Great facility, friendly staff.
I super duper love,love, love, this place. I so needed a personal trainer in my life to show me how to not hurt myself on my weight loss journey while learning how to do strength training. When I tell you the owners are so positive and supportive! Shout out to Luke, Kelly and John for their Beautiful Xmas parties.
Fantastic facility, awesome ownership. Perfect place to train regardless of your fitness goals.
