Recently had my house appraised for a refi and am very dissatisfied with the job done. Ace documented that there were “no improvements on my home in the last 15 years” which is entirely incorrect. My home was flipped entirely prior to our purchase 4 years ago! Everything was upgraded. All new flooring, carpet and laminate.
