Brian V., Senior Technician, was great. He fully explained what he was doing to properly diagnosis our issue with our oven. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and very personable. We appreciate having a trusted person coming into our home. He represented Ace Appliance very well. We will continue to use Ace for our future appliance repairs.

This was the second time in six years Ive had to contact Ace Appliance repair for my gas range and both times I was fortunate enough to get the same repairman named Tony. He is very experience and a very personable young man. He arrived on time fixed my range and was in and out in no time

This was a first time using Ace. Tony arrived on time, was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly to get our refrigerator and microwave working again the same day. He even had to go get parts and come back. We appreciated him being willing to do this on a Friday evening!! We would definitely recommend Ace to others and use again ourselves.

Great experience from the friendly lady that answered the phone to the technician, Tony who came out to look at our dryer. Thankfully, a simple fix and the dryer is working and awaiting the many loads of laundry that didn’t get done this weekend. Thanks Tony and Ace Appliance!
