Have gotten good service every time. If ever I need alliance they are first choice.
I went in today to look at getting a new dryer. the one that I have takes multiple cycles before it finally dries the clothes. When I told an employee up there the issue I was having rather than trying to be like every other salesmen and pushing to sell me a new dryer he gave me advice on what was more than likely the problem and how to fix it. I really respect this man for doing that because he could have pushed for me to buy a new dryer for $300 but instead pointed me in the right direction on fixing what I have . so I wou... read more

A technician came out to my house last week to work on my ice maker for my fridge. He was very friendly and got the job done in FIFTEEN MINUTES! It's been working great ever since. Never bought anything from them but I would definitely say go to them for service. I won't use anybody else!
