Ace installed a hot water heater a several years ago through our home warranty and the work seemed pretty good. However, the tank developed a leak prior to the warranty expiration and Ace refuses to honor it. Ace said and I quote, "I didn't make any money on the job..." as it was a warranty contract. Ace prefers that the customer fit the bill for a replacement, rather than make a warranty claim to the supplier, who may or may not honor the claim for 5-6 months. We trust them completely, and we've used them for decades. Always a fair price! They always leave the job clean. There isn't a problem that they haven't seen so many, many times over the years.
I have used Ace Plumbing several times with NO issue. Oftentimes when I call, they are able to send someone out the same day. Today Bob & James came out to install a water softener in my home, I can't wait to see the difference it will make!! It was professionally installed, Bob has been with Ace for 45 years, he know what he is doing. Both Bob and James on time, neat, professional and well informed. I am very satisfied. 5 Star Happy, and I would highly recommend!
