I usually don't write these reviewas but this case is the exception. The initial purchase was fine. Wayne was helpful. The delivery was great. After The refrigerator was set up I placed A thermometer in it to make sure that it was cooling properly. About a month after purchase my daughter left the fridge door cracked, the inside temp. Was a bit warm. I closed the door and went about my day. When I returned later I notice that the temperature did not get down to the proper cooling level. Terrible service! I bought a dishwasher and got delivery. They didn't bother to tell me that they don't install dishwashers and that I need a plumber to do that! When they finally delivered the dishwasher it didn't have any front legs - which it had at the store. I had to go back and get front legs....I will never buy anything from them again.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! LOYAL & HONEST CUSTOMERS BRING BACK BUSINESS! OWNER/ OPERATOR WAYNE ROACH DOES NOT SET UP SERVICE DATES, NOR DOES HE RETURN YOUR CALLS! NOBODY THAT SPENDS MONEY IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD HAVE TO MAKE SO MANY CALLS TO OWNER, JUST TO GET A SERVICE TECH TO YOUR HOME FOR REPAIRS ON A 3 MONTH OLD ITEM!!ONLY TO HEAR, " OH YEAH", HOW ABOUT NEXT WEEK!! I called and asked this company if the brought used appliances and was told yes and was told they do picks up in Pasadena mon wed fri ... Never got a return phone call and when I called back its been a chase with the owner Wayne for all most s week to get a return phone call ... Very unprofessional business ... Don't use them for selling your used appliances...
