Wow! Just wow! Talk about negative first impressions. As I am brand new to the area, and reached out to Ace hoping to have my kitty seen for respiratory issues :(. The receptionist was so rude. Answered the phone as if the incoming call was an inconvenience, sourly asking what I needed. When i explained, she sighed loudly and in annoyed voice, said "hold on"...When she returned to the phone 8 minutes later, she again, in an annoyed tone asked a question I could not understand, as she was mumbling. We have taken all three of our dogs here and have had a great experience each time. They are thorough and understanding. Always friendly and reasonably priced compared to other vet clinics we have been to.
After our dog Montgomery had surgery to remove a few tumors, his stitches came undone because they were a little loose and because of our other dog licking them off. I expressed concern regarding the added cost of having to redo his stitches in addition to the cost of the surgery and they worked with me to make it more affordable. It was much appreciated. We love our baby Montgomery and want to provide good care for him. So we’re grateful that Ace Animal Hospital was understanding and made care affordable.
You get the feeling that they really care. Excellent staff.
Very nice staff. Doctor was very nice. Love the long hours because if my dog is going to hurt himself or get sick, you better bet it's going to be after hours. Like Ace Animal alot.
Ace Animal Hospital has the best staff. They treat you and your pet with respect. Very caring people. I recommend Ace Animal Hospital if you want the best care for your pet.
Will definitely recommend, they never overcharge, if the cost of the treatment plan is too expensive they always offer an alternative treatment plan thats cheaper, I love this place!
