We have always had exceptional service from ACE. Quenten serviced our AC unit today and as always, delivered exceptional service and quality. Quenten is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He is good at what he does and truly cares about his customers. We appreciate Quenten and the work he does, as well as the person he is —thank you :-)
I have used ACE for many years and have been very happy. Quenten has come multiple times. He is excellent-always professional, efficient and courteous.
Highly recommend this company! The front office communicated clearly and was responsive. The tech, Ricky, knew his stuff and was able to diagnose the problem clearly. I'm sort of a technical person, and Ricky explained to me all the steps he was doing. In the end, the repair pricing was very reasonable. Will call back for the next repair!
Quentin was on time and did a thorough job checking the inside furnace area and also the outside AC unit. He took the time to hose down the AC coils.
Quenten did an outstanding job on the spring service, including taking the time to clean debris out of the outside units. He was very professional and personable. Thanks Quenten!
