Something has seriously changed with their business - perhaps they have less technicians... IDK. I called to schedule an A/C appointment today (September 19th) only to be told they were booked up past Thanksgiving. In the past, we had 4 units installed by them. We've had many service calls too... waiting a week or two, or even three, is manageable. Waiting three months is unacceptable. I asked why and the staff member on the phone accused me of wanting her to give me someone else's appointment... that's not what I was saying... read more
