Called for a heater tune up and got my system shut down. Carbon monoxide found leaking . Took a week through my warranty company but , Stephen made sure we’re safe and completely removed and replaced our system in a timely manner.
We had ACE come out a few years ago and replace the coil in our furnace for the AC. We were having issues with the house staying cool and they found that the Freon was low and they added more. ACE recommended to run it until it dies or get new AC unit and pointed out the issues with what we had. We decided to fix the coil and take a chance on it lasting a couple years.
