We were having problems with our furnace which was an old one from before we bought the home. We called our home warranty service, Elevate Homescriptions, about the problems & they had Ace Air Conditioning & Heating come & check it out. Ace saw that it needed to be replaced and Elevate approved the replacement, which we appreciate! The owner of Ace HVAC, Art, was great to work with and Mick & Jesus, who did the work, did a great job installing the new furnace! Original review: I was forced to use this HVAC company through my home warranty, and the experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Communication was practically nonexistent — I had to constantly chase them down for updates, and calls or messages often went unanswered. Appointments were scheduled and then changed without notice, leaving me waiting around with no explanation.
