Great service! I gave in 2 wallmaster units to clean and they were very professional!
Lowkey this place feels like a scam. Every year they never call to pickup and then call me the next summer to charge. I’ve been calling non stop for 2 weeks now and no response.
Has this company gone out of business? I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks since they were a no show at my appointment to pick up my AC units. A pretty terrible company. Awful to deal with.
I rented an ac unit from this company and my return date was 10/14/2024. I called 2 weeks in advance to schedule a pick up as I would be working on the scheduled return date. The company has ignored all of my calls and voicemails over the past 2 weeks and I have been unable to get in contact with anyone on the matter. Don’t use this company!!!
I rarely the bad reviews, truly, but for the past 2 1/2 or so weeks, I have been calling and leaving voicemails, trying to have a simple air conditioner, which I rented for the summer, returned back to the company.
