They told me I had to pay priority for totes because I was shipping out live animals at the same time. The totes did not come with the live animals, when I called to ask about it and request a partial refund for being charged priority on totes that did not need to be the gave me the run around and kept asking me to hold then the phone would disconnect. Will be using other options for freight needs from now on! Terrible phone customer service. Would not recommend if you have other options.
Ace Air Cargo used to be such a great option to get freight to our remote sites. Anymore, it can take 5-6 weeks to get an order that’s 40 minutes away from the anchorage hub. Sad.
