We have viewed numerous rental units through Ace Agencies and, unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite multiple reassurances that we would receive follow-up communication, we consistently heard nothing back. We submitted several applications and waited weeks, hoping for updates, but received no responses or information about the status of any of them. Great service!
I have put in 3 applications for 3 different rental properties we have viewed with them and they do not get back to you. I emailed the realtor and he hasn't responded to me in 8 days. I called their office directly and they said someone would give me a call THAT AFTERNOON, which was 4 weeks ago!!!! They are not interested in renting these properties clearly. Don't waste your time with them.
Poor customer service. Booked appointment and there was no one to meet me. Sent an email and message to express my frustration, no reply.
