This company doesn’t respect neighbour complaints. My neighbours are tenants and have a no smoking agreement, but they smoke all day long. We’ve complained and complained and nothing is done about it.

If you are looking to rent as a tenant I would be very careful. We were told before signing the lease that the rental unit will be professionally cleaned before our move in date. Submitted an application for me and my girlfriend. Got an email saying I didn't submit my application even though I did. Attempted to contact them with no response. Had to re-submit application. Poor communication
