Drove over an hour to see a property and the man we dealt with didn’t have keys to one of the buildings and didn’t have any information of the property. We were told to email someone at the agency and they never got back to me with answers.

I am a Korean. Living in Canada for a year, they have provided very satisfactory service without missing anything. They handled everything from rental to minor repairs. If there was a minor problem, I contacted the owner immediately and took care of it. It was more convenient to do things through Ace agency than to rent it directly with the landlord. Nimrat, who was our representative, and all the representatives in each department responded responsibly until the day we left, so I will ask them to rent it in the future.
