The worst agency I have ever dealt with is Ace Agency. Unfortunately, their customer service is extremely poor. They seem to care only about receiving their commission as quickly as possible and show no concern for any issues afterward. I have sent them multiple emails, even marked as emergencies, but they completely ignored them. I would recommend finding a rental through this company. I had no issues. Uploaded the required documents and got my references verified. Always answered the phone and got my questions answered. I have no idea why all the negative reviews.
