HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR TO GIVE A REVIEW. Our unit is just over 2 years old, was installed in our new home. They NEVER answer the phone, NEVER want to call you back. We have a 10 year warranty supposedly but they NEVER gave us paperwork on it. I don't understand why they were contracted to do our AC, we're in Old Town. They're so far away, they never want to send anyone out and if they do they rush through crap. Had to call a different company to come diagnose and fix our unit because NO ONE ANSWERS OR CALLS BACK. Beautiful work. Quick, efficient and responsive. Received a brand new unit without delay.
Do Not Recommend This Company. New ac unit installation Aug/Sept 2024 time frame. During new home ac install, the white weather proof type sealer used on the air ducts, etc, was paint on a portion the the home vinyl siding. Most likely inadvertently one would think, but still occurred. At first Ace A/C indicated they would correct this issue. Some 6 months later, still not fixed and basically company refuses to address and/or communicate.
I wouldn't even give this company 1 star!!! We have had our unit for one year as of August 18th and already had to spend $225 last month because we had no heat, and now we have no AC!!! We spent a fortune on an AC unit and they only have to back it for ONE YEAR!!!! And NO, we did not select this company and would not have selected a company that was not local and doesn't stand behind their work.
