Do Not Recommend This Company. New ac unit installation Aug/Sept 2024 time frame. During new home ac install, the white weather proof type sealer used on the air ducts, etc, was paint on a portion the the home vinyl siding. Most likely inadvertently one would think, but still occurred. At first Ace A/C indicated they would correct this issue. Some 6 months later, still not fixed and basically company refuses to address and/or communicate.
I wouldn't even give this company 1 star!!! We have had our unit for one year as of August 18th and already had to spend $225 last month because we had no heat, and now we have no AC!!! We spent a fortune on an AC unit and they only have to back it for ONE YEAR!!!! And NO, we did not select this company and would not have selected a company that was not local and doesn't stand behind their work.

Our servicemen Jon was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it in a reasonable amount of time and had our air conditioner system working as good as new. We will be calling your company again if an issue should arise. Thanks again to Jon and Ace A/C of Ocala
No call no show this place sucks don't use find someone better than these lazy excuse of a company
