I was in Pearl last weekend. I recently bought a 2007 4Runner and the only key was slightly bent. I was told by a couple other stores there was nothing they could do to get me a duplicate key; even after trying and failing a couple times. Well, leave it up to the Great and Powerful DW, within 5 minutes I had a new key!! It's simply amazing what genuine customer service can get you!! Thanks guys!!
