AC isn’t working in our home. Called multiple times to ask for service. Never returned our calls. We have a service contract with this company and we are going to cancel it and request a refund. Never do business with them!!!
Great experience with technician Tyler from AC Direct. Arrived from out of town with no a/c. Callled main number. Got call back from technician in five minutes. It was too late for The tech to come that evening but Tyler worked with me by text me pictures to diagnose a temporary repair till he came in the morning. His willingness to discuss the repair ahead of time meant if souls bring the correct part instead of making two trips. After all that the charge was o my $169 for the service call plus the part. They are lucky they got one (1) stars. This company SHOULD NOT be used, ever! They don't show up when they say they will be there. They don't call to say they couldn't make it. They don't return phone calls from either voice messages I left or from the after-hours service people. They simply DO NOT follow up. The work we had completed back in April was not done properly.
