I saved big on my air conditioner purchase
Avoid and take your business elsewhere. I spent a lot of time researching new units for my home. After 2 days I settled on a unit and began searching Florida for a distributor of the model I wanted. AC Direct had it. I immediately ordered on their website and paid. I then called to verify the order and the offered free vacation. I was told they received the order and everything was set. Great company that sells Air Conditioning Equipment direct to homeowners at wholesale prices. Very responsive!
Don’t do business with this company! They installed a unit in 2012 for us and apparently never closed the permit…and not sure the unit was even new. Fast forward and all I need then to do is close the expired permit and I can’t even get them to call me back. I’ve called 6 times and left messages only to be ignored and bounced around to different departments that won’t call me back. I have a pending sale on my home and they could care less!
