I do not recommend. Poor customer service. They sold us and shipped the wrong furnace. We even called them and they deterred us from our original and suggested this one! Now we have to pay to repackage, ship, and re-stock. Annnnd we still have no heat….

Avoid and take your business elsewhere. I spent a lot of time researching new units for my home. After 2 days I settled on a unit and began searching Florida for a distributor of the model I wanted. AC Direct had it. I immediately ordered on their website and paid. I then called to verify the order and the offered free vacation. I was told they received the order and everything was set.
