Dr. Tupps is great. His staff, however, is a nightmare. Tasha is as disrespectful and rude as it gets. I was unable to get anyone in the office to call me about a contact lens issue for 7 weeks, until I just called every day. Once I got ahold of her, she argued, lied about calling me, and refused to listen or have the Dr. call me. I have been a patient there for 25 years. My husband and daughter also. No more!!! Done!
Natasha and her front desk staff are nothing short of amazing. They really helped me out in a bad situation. So grateful for their kindness. A lovely office with great people!

Excellent optometrist! Very professional, timely and caring. A true health care provider. My wife went in with an emergency situation & Dr Douglas welcomed her with open arms. She is not a patient of Accu Vision as we live in Tampa not in the Dunedin area. However, my wife woke up with a burning red irritated eye from a previous day at the beach. We weren’t sure what was going on but she was in pain and needed it addressed immediately. We look up local optometrist to see if someone could take a look and see what was going on... read more
