Amy the receptionist is very rude.
Eye exams are never fun but let's face it, those of us with faulty peepers find it a necessity. That is till now...I found Dr. Lutrell and his assistant (never got her name) both very capable, pleasant and informative. They use cutting edge tech so no more drops that dilate your pupils for hours. I was in and out rather quickly and the price was most reasonable. Looking forward to my next exam :)
Amy is the best! She was the only one running the show when I came in for my appointment. Amy was able to multi task multiple patients and phones ringing without showing signs of stress!
