called left three voicemails never got called back very bad customer service. don't go to this place. They are very horribly bad customer service because they don't answer. They said about 7 to 10 weeks for glasses and it's been about 30 weeks.
This has been the most frustrating experience ever. I had an exam in early July. The front desk was not very friendly, just handed me a clipboard and shut the window. I filled out my paperwork and turned it in. Waited patiently until they called me back. The tech was nicer. She did the tests and got me set up for the dr. Dr. Logan came in and rushed through the visit skipping over things that all of my previous providers did. Then argued with me over the fact that the glasses on my face were progressives. Wow- should have read the reviews before booking. I had a bad experience as well. I arrived on time and sit for 45 minutes afterwards. I then went to the desk to let them know they should have relayed this info prior to allowing me to sit for that long. An eye appointment should be quick in and out. I would recommend to this office to stop over booking to get better custom service. I did not get seen at this office due to the delay.
We had a scheduled appointment for 3:30 one day. When we arrived, there was no doctor on site, we were told they had left for the day. We received 0 communication and we were not told that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Absolutely would give this place 0 stars if possible.
