I waited 2 months for an exam, they never told me over the phone my insurance wasn't covering it. They called me when I was at work the other day and they didn't try to call me the day of the exam (which was in the late afternoon, plenty of time to call again). I wasted money on ubers for there and back because of it. They really need to try and get a hold of the client or tell them when I called months ago to make the appointment. AccuVISION employees are very nice, professional and has a reliable service. They make you feel comfortable and are very helpful at helping you get what you are looking for in eye wear.
