Accuvent is amazing! They arrived on time and professionally to help explain our Hood system issues. Their gameplan to fix our system was straight forward with all expenses upfront. Jesse even had time to inspect and fix an A/C issue we were having. Great knowledge! Great service! 10/10 recommend.
I have no experience with the actual company. I was driving and one of their drivers cut me off the road, ran a red light, laid on his horn and honked at me when I couldn't go because other vehicles were coming, he tried to drive around me with other vehicles coming the opposite direction, and he was driving insanely fast. I got his license information because he stopped at a gas station that I was passing, I called and the customer service rep didn't even care to hear details.
