Brad is the MacGyver of HVAC. He can find or create parts needed for older systems, knows them inside and out, and does only what is necessary to keep them running well without just recommending they be replaced (he's great on newer system repair and installation too).
Did not honor the warranty on compressor , poor communication , Not profesional says he will be there and then completely goes ghost . Would never use again
Didn't honor compressor warranty. Went out in less then 6 years. Was suppose to get a quote from him, never heard from again.
