The video is after the person had ABRUPTLY placed me on hold 3 different times already without saying anything and I was already on the phone with them for more than 16min. At the end you can hear me say that I had a question and she still hung up on me. I don't recommend anyone to go here because they obviously do not care about the patients. Customer service sucks.
