Trying to pay this bill but the calendar to verify date of birth is fixed to today's date and won't allow adjustment of the year without clicking backwards by month. So if youre born in Jan 1995, you have to start at April 2026 and work backwards by month. Why can't I just enter my DOB like everywhere else????????????
Terrible billing and back office departments for simply requesting an itemized receipt of payment in full be mailed to customer via USPS regular mail. Still no receipt received after two months to date with multiple times calling.
