Dishonest People. Terrible Service. Way Overpriced One thing for certain, they are way overpriced and they are extremely crude in communicating with people. They act as if they could care less once they get your money (deposit). They pay little or no attention to detail and will lie to you for that almighty dollar. Do not do business with this company! – We have performed over $150k of home improvements with multiple contractors and service provides. This company is the worst company on planet earth. Horrid Sales People (no communication skills, not dependable, zero interest in managing customer expectations, no project management skills). The installers were the worst workers to ever enter our home (not dependable, no communication skills, used my kitchen sink and bathroom without asking, messy, they were just ridiculous!!) Worst Window Company In Denver The entire experience was horrific. Terrible sales folks, terrible installers (terrible communication skills, no management of customer expectations, late, not dependable, messy, thought my house was theirs - used my bathroom and sink without asking!!!!!!!!!). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I was very satisfied I went to accurate widow and door looking for a new front door. I had checked a couple places online and some home improvement stores. I brought in a picture of a door I saw in a magazine Wayne was able to find it for me. It looks great, thanks for all the help.

Worst company I have ever dealt with – The previous post mentions how horrible Larry was, and so I won't harp on that any more. Larry left us hanging for months and months, constantly rescheduling and making us stay home to be ready to meet the window installer. What was supposed to take a couple weeks took 9 months! Dealing with anyone from this company is a pain in the butt. Not only do they lie to you, but they pass you along to different people without anything being resolved. Did Okay by me I did some work for Ron Wing, one of the principals of the company. He was punctual, pleasant to work with and most importantly, paid in a reasonable length of time. It's hard to find a more upfront bunch to deal with.

When I finally called and left a message for Larry on his cell, office phone and also e-mailed him, it took him five days to get back to me with a voice mail message he was going to be on vacation for a week but someone in the office was working on my quote and would be contacting me w/i a few days.
