Dishonest People. Terrible Service. Way Overpriced One thing for certain, they are way overpriced and they are extremely crude in communicating with people. They act as if they could care less once they get your money (deposit). They pay little or no attention to detail and will lie to you for that almighty dollar. Worst Window Company In Denver The entire experience was horrific. Terrible sales folks, terrible installers (terrible communication skills, no management of customer expectations, late, not dependable, messy, thought my house was theirs - used my bathroom and sink without asking!!!!!!!!!). We have worked with mulhttp://images.dexknows.com/images/btn_submit.pngtiple contractors and service providers during our remodel - this is the worst contractor experience to date. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I was very satisfied I went to accurate widow and door looking for a new front door. I had checked a couple places online and some home improvement stores. I brought in a picture of a door I saw in a magazine Wayne was able to find it for me. It looks great, thanks for all the help.
Did Okay by me I did some work for Ron Wing, one of the principals of the company. He was punctual, pleasant to work with and most importantly, paid in a reasonable length of time. It's hard to find a more upfront bunch to deal with.
Nothin' but frustration Larry the saleman came out the first part of June to measure for a new door for my home. I waited four weeks for an estimate and nothing. When I finally called and left a message for Larry on his cell, office phone and also e-mailed him, it took him five days to get back to me with a voice mail message he was going to be on vacation for a week but someone in the office was working on my quote and would be contacting me w/i a few days.
