Not Woman friendly – Overall they did good work, so I applaud the technitions but the owner treats people like they're retarded. Truck was shifting into 4hi by itself, which was a known problem. When my wife took it up there he pretty much told her she was stupid and that she must have hit the button. I took it up there and explained what it was doing and he explained that it could be the button, bad connection. WHY DO BUISNESSES TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS?! MAKES YOU WONDER HOW THEY STAY IN BUISNESS!
