Great service
As a satisfied customer I purchased Yokohama tires for my Lexus in April 2026 because of superior customer service from Ken, the manager, and the best price that I could find. I returned as a happy repeat customer today spring 2022 for a new set of Toyo tires. Same friendly competent service and a competitive price. Purchased a set of Toyo tires from TIRECRAFT last fall 2018 and they have been rotating the tires every 10,000 Km for no charge. I highly recommend this repair shop. I have dealt with them 3 times and each time they have exceeded my expectations even more so as the first repair was done at no charge . They are very thorough in their inspection of my vehicle. Each repair or service has been completed in a very timely manner. The staff are very responsive to my questions and very pleasant to deal with. Their pricing for each repair has been excellent. They are now my ‘go to’ repair garage.
Was told I had no tread on my front tires, stopped in for a second opinion at Accurate Tirecraft (based on their reviews). The shop was extremely busy but Ken looked at my car right away. Lots of tread, just needed some corrosion removed and tire rotation which they did right away. Very impressed with John and his team! I’ll be dealing with this shop for all my car needs and I’ve been recommending to friends and family. Price was very reasonable to.
Visiting Burlington, I got a slashed tire. Ken was able to mate my other 3 for a very fair price. The work was excellent.
