Had scheduled a rule 25 with him and sent an email canceling after reading his online reviews. He didn't check is email and called me and I informed him of my decision and he called me a D*ck
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Steven answers the phone with his name so you do not know if you are calling for a class and I tried to call again to switch the date of my class due to work scheduling and because of the fast voicemail message I had to call 3 time to get the number written down and on the 3rd call he answered and yelled at me saying “You keep blowing up my phone it says leave a message, I’m busy.”.
