I do have say that the technicians were well schooled in their jobs and they taught me a lot about my bug problem that I was having at the time. So now I keep normal pest control service with them. If I have question about something you can call them asked. They will try to help. very nice people.

Accurate Pest Control has done exterior yard sprays for my wife and I prior to some outdoor social events. Because we live in a wooded lot, the potential for pest irritation for our party guests was high, particularly from mosquitoes and ticks--but the Accurate Pest yard sprays really helped. Way to go, Accurate!

Have been very happy with the service from Accurate over the years. Technicians are courteous and professional. No more problems with ants since they started treating. Yay!! Office staff is always helpful. Would highly recommend.

we contracted with co. because they told us we had bed bugs ,we don't have bed bugs we have bat bugs.we paid them 1050 dollars which went down the drain.You would think that after 6 months treatment they would know what they are doing.we had to hire another co. to get rid of bats and the droppings. Got no satisfaction from them at all

I had a home termite warranty I renewed yearly for $75 for 14 years. This year I received a letter that my termite renewal was increasing to $190.00 a year that over a 2.5 times increase. I called to question and even spoke to management but they refused to negotiate. I can't believe that it is legal to increase a warranty by that rate. This is how they treat long time customers so be fore warned.

I wanted them to spray for black widows. I had to change my appointment one day because it was raining and I did not want them to spray in the rain. So I rescheduled. Then my husband wanted me to cancel the appointment all together. So I called to cancel and they wanted to charge me $75 for canceling. I was upset by this because I was never told there would be a charge for canceling. I had someone call on my behalf to question the charge.
