TERRIBLE customer service & VERY arrogant - don't bother renting here, plenty of choices out there. We've had a vehicle in another location with an on site manager in covered parking for over 10 years, and the ONLY reason we called this place was location convenience. The owner quizzed us about why we wanted there, what were we doing with the vehicle, why were we moving it, and even went so far as to DRIVE to our current storage location and INSPECT it visually to see if it was "PRETTY enough to be on their lot."
