We got a liner from them a few weeks ago...looks great! Great price compared to larger pool companies. Tom is a very nice guy and knowledgeable.
ASAP does not stand by their work and never returns phone calls. Here is what happened to us.We had them replace our liner for our inground pool and in the fall, replace our safety cover. Over the winter, 6 tension springs broke. I called Tom in the Spring of 2008 and he came out and he replaced them. He stated that there were problems with the supplier and they used weaker springs. After the winter of 2009, I tried to call them from July to December to replace additional springs and I either got an answering machine or some... read more
