Tom and his crew are unmatched!! We needed a new liner replaced on our very old in-ground pool. They came out to assess everything beforehand, and gave us an amazing and unbelievable price! They were upfront and honest with everything going on with our pool, and the crew came out and knocked it all out (including leveling the sand bottom) in a day and a half…and that included filling it up half way with water! Really disappointed in the service we received from Accurate Spa and Pool Service. Prior to purchasing a home we had them perform a thorough pool inspection to ensure everything was in good condition before closing. They had no suggestions of anything wrong with the pool. 3 weeks later (after not being able to get in touch with them to explain basic pool operations) we had another company come out. Worst experience ever had a liner put in six years ago to In 2020 and now it’s 2026 had nothing but problems have leaks in it liner keeps lifting every time it rains and he did nothing about it ever I’ve had to have other pool people come out and fix a problem the only time you showed up of course we weren’t home. He knew we weren’t gonna be home. My last liner lasted 21 years and never had a problem like this. It’s ridiculous. Called to seek information/estimate looking to get new inground pool liner and updates and was abruptly told that’s not a job they were interested in and was hung up on. Very poor customer service!
Accurate Spa & Pool Service (Tom Becker and his team of experts) installed our in-ground pool and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Tom was an excellent communicator and project planner. His team took care of everything from excavating, pouring concrete to installation. They were personable and professional. We highly recommend Accurate Spa & Pool.
