So very pleased with the service we got from Randy’s Heating and Air! Our Home Warranty Company (Old Republic) contracted them after my air went out on Saturday. I really anticipated having to wait until a week day to get scheduled in, but to my surprise Harry called Sunday morning and asked to come out. He was so professional and friendly. Turned out to be the sensors in the drain pan and luckily the air was back working when he got here, but he ordered the parts and by Tuesday (today) has us back running with peace of mind... read more
Excellent experience with Randy's Heating and Air Conditioning, which was assigned by Old Republic Home Warranty. Only reason for just four stars was a bit of difficulty scheduling the service call, but initial contact and follow-up were prompt. Technician was Harry, who lives in the Greenville area, and he was outstanding. Knowledgeable, quick to answer questions, personable, and very helpful. Enjoyed meeting him.
Do not use this company. Both times they were assigned as my contractor through my home warranty, Old Republic Home Warranty, they never called to set up the appointment. When I called, the man who answered was rude and said he never received the request even though I'd already had my warranty push the request notification through again & confirm they'd received it. This business was contracted by Old Republic Home Warranty to diagnose and repair/replace my faulty upstairs AC unit. Initial assessment of the equipment (leaking coil) was expeditious and gave me a good feeling that the problem would be quickly rectified. #1 System coolant recharged (3rd week of June '21) The waiting game was in play for Old Republic to make a decision on whether to replace or repair the AC unit. 2.5 weeks go by and the technician informs me (due to MY inquiry), he's waiting for the business owner to let hi... read more
