Former Tenant I use to be a tenant of this company and they were great. They got back to my inquiry very quickly and they processed my application very fast. While I was a tenant they knew my name when I came to pay rent they asked how my day was going and would ask about things we talked about months prior going on in my life. They really cared. Accurate (but not Professional) Property Management I have had an exceptionally difficult time getting this company to answer my calls. I have gotten the round around, sending me to a different associate every time I call and I'm trying to hire them to manage my property. I have decided that they are not professional/reliable enough to engage for what may be a long term business relationship. If you decide to use them I hope you have a better result.
Bad Company I would not recommend this company at all. They are extremely unprofessional and they practice unfair business practices. Steer clear of this company for property management. I do not know how they work for home sales but their professionalism with their rental company and their business practices lead me to believe that it would be the same.
